FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS :

Ironing a SEBOLA garment:

We strongly advise you not to iron sportswear but simply hang them on a hanger after washing to let them dry naturally.  Because of the fabric they are made of if you put them in a ventilated, reasonably hot environment the drying time is quick.

If you really want to iron them do it on the wrong side of the garment to avoid heating the prints directly, which could cause damage.
For fragile materials iron on a warm setting.

Washing a Sébola garment:

We advise a short washing cycle at 30°. There is no need to wash them on a hotter wash, making considerable electricity savings at the same time.

Is payment really secure?

Yes, we have opted for a totally secure payment with the BNPParibas bank. Payments aren't made on the Sébola web site but to the Sébola account on the BNP secure web site. Consequently at no time are your bank details registered by Sébola but on BNP's secure web site.

What should I do if the Sébola garment has defects on delivery?

The best thing to do is contact us.  In some cases there may be small traces during the finishing of a product that will disappear on washing.  This is quite normal because garments aren't washed after production to save water.  In fact to wouldn't be right to wash all the clothes because of a few exceptions.  We therefore carry out a check before shipping to avoid sending out imperfect clothes.

.

Is your cotton really 100% organic?

Yes, that's our approach.  Cottons effectively exist that claim to be organic that are in fact mixes.  This isn't our approach and we don't think mixed cottons should be given this organic label.
