Registered parcel delivery:

We deliver all our parcels in France using Colissimo (registered delivery) or express delivery. If you have any queries
about a delivery don't hesitate to contact us; we will contact the Post Office to find out what is happening.
For deliveries abroad see the method of transport offered when ordering. We endeavour to always use the most reliable carrier that can deliver in the shortest lead times.

Credit card payment :

We have opted for a totally secure payment with the BNPParibas bank. Payments aren't made on the Sébola web site but to the Sébola account on the BNP secure web site. Consequently at no time are your bank details registered by Sébola but on BNP's secure web site.

A defect noticed on delivery of our product:

All our products are checked before being shipped. In some cases there may be small traces during the finishing of a product
that will disappear on washing. The best thing to do is contact us to explain the problem, either by e-mail or by ringing us
on 03 20 12 80 65. Our aim of course is to satisfy you to the best of our ability.
